I've been with this surgery 24yrs.
They ensure your appointment time is kept, no holding other appointments back if someone doesn't attend on time.
Doctors really do diagnose unlike some others I've heard about.
The nurses are all really friendly & caring.
The receptionists are also a fantastic team.
Wouldn't want to be at any other surgery when you get this level of care from a great team.

I rang just before teatime as I had concerns about my child. I expected to receive over the phone advise at best. However I was asked when I could bring my child in and had an appointment within the hr. Amazing.
We saw Claire and she was fantastic. She engaged with my child, made him feel very comfortable and thoroughly checked him. Nothing was too much.
Amazing care from start to finish. Thank you.

Nothing but praise for Clee Medical. I joined from a different GP practice in the area that were useless. In comparison, Clee Medical are the most on-the-ball and caring practice in the area. Sure, the parking is a bit of a pain, but personally it's worth having to search about for a parking place to recieve the 5-star-care I have received from this practice.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this surgery 24/8/23 had a very rude trainee Dr (Olayemi Eseagwu )phone about mental health issues & suicide tendencies after 5 minutes of her arguing with me she slams phone down on me. I go to clee medical surgery to complain, surgery absolutely empty receptionist told me doc on dinner @ 1500hrs (really!) Must be only one doctor in the house i leave n come back made to wait hour and 20 minutes in total. The rude trainee Dr Olayemi gets a slap on her wrist yet my medical records are tarnished with being Irate, Aggressive, goes on his own tangents and demanding.. fact is i will be taking this further....

The doctors here do not listen and are scarcely able to retain information which the patient has told them. The student doctor had more knowledge than the clueless medical charlatans masquerading as doctors at this unfit for purpose establishment of too many riders on the medical gravy train who do not seem to realise that patients are customers, not an inconvenience to be shooed away or fobbed off as quickly as possible. Also the level of knowledge regarding Covid complications here are primitive and misinformed and frankly potentially injurious. Wonder when the last time any of the doctors here actually looked at the latest Covid research? I'm guessing they don't bother. New provider being sought.

I contacted the practice on 23/11/21 and spoke with the receptionist Tracy Murrell regarding a update with an upcoming x-ray appointment. Tracy spoke with Doctor Roy who was first class and Tracy supplied the relevant help over the telephone which was greatly appreciated, and a first class service. Update 24/04/23.... Once again, fantastic service from Clee Medical in view of my current Back issue that has resulted in absence from my place of work. Clee Medical have been "on the ball" with my medication needs , and the speed in which I have received my Sickness certificates for my company , has been a stress free process, which is appreciated.

The practice needs to buck up their ideas when it comes to A Vulnerable Patient/Service User,
They need to see that person face to face not to deal the Vulnerable service user which may have a degenertive brain condition via phone or video call but to see them in clinic.

The practice is still acting as if we are in lockdown covid times, we have now moved away from those times not locking yourselves in your little office.

Vulnerable persons need to be seen not shrugged off.

Could Do Better..
Anyone with Dementia should be seen face to face, not to be expected to deal with it over the phone.
