What can I say? Just excellent! Appointment agreed within days (NHS service waiting time sadly was 6 months), Debbie undertook the wax removal task in a very professional manner. Why risk having delicate organs damaged by inexperienced personnel? Will definitely engage her again and strongly recommend her to others.

I was quite apprehensive about booking this appointment, but from the booking process, right through to the completion of the procedure I was very impressed. This place was recommended from a nhs nurse who's a family member for my 16 year old son, as the waiting list is two years on the nhs. £60 was a very small price to pay for such an amazing service. I was so impressed I ended up also having my ears done. An instant relief, I didn't even know my ear was fully blocked but it sure was with what came out in the treatment. My son said he feels so much better his head feels clear and he could actually hear me shouting him from down stairs for tea tonight which is a miricle. The treatment doesn't hurt, she was very gentle hands like feathers so don't be worried about the procedure. Everything is explained and not rushed. The treatment we had consist of suction and warm water if required but we just needed the suction. Its not a syringe its a very modern machine, nothing like the old days as i thought it would be. I would advise to ring and check about olive oil drops prior to the preceedure as we followed our gps advised but we learned today that its not always best before this treatment.We will definitely be booking in for a check up and treatment if needed in 12 months from now on every year.
