I love Rachel’s classes. Each session follows a slightly different set of exercises so you never get bored and feel constantly challenged. All exercises come with different options to suit all levels of fitness. Great music, a great work out with results you can see and feel. The Body Tone class is great for strengthening and protecting bone density. Rachel is always encouraging and always smiling making the class supportive and positive. I have been going for a few years and it’s an important part of my week.

I really don’t like exercise much… a necessary evil so it’s true testament to Rachel that I go twice a week to her Body Tone classes! The classes are fun, Rachel is very talented and I highly recommend them. They have made a real difference to me both in the way I feel and in toning me up!

I love the Zumba class, Rachel breaks down the dances really well if you are new and not done Zumba before, classes are fun and energetic, new dances are introduced on a regular basis. I would highly recommend!
