Our company has been with Healthcare Clarity for at least the past 3 years and I have used them extensively with numerous claims and appointments I had to attend for maintaining my health.

Kyle and the team are nothing short of amazing, they help us get the best deals on the market every year, they explain our levels of coverage in detail and ensure we have everything we need to make the most out of our policies and benefits.

Particularly Niall from the Claims department has been unbelievable!! Normally a claim through the insurer takes a few weeks only to be processed and approved, but it's been several times where I called or emailed him and he managed to return with an approval in a matter of hours - I have no idea how he succeeds with this.

Especially in such an important aspect as your personal health, this is the team to have by your side, I cannot stress their usefulness enough!

We decided to explore alternative healthcare companies and initially telephoned another healthcare broker who was not at all helpful and wanted us to go through a quote before she would offer any generic advice whatsoever. I then telephoned Healthcare Clarity and wow what a difference! Luca was amazing from the first point of contact and without any pressure at all. We felt that we could trust him to be clear and concise which is exactly how the whole process went. He spent time finding out about all our requirements and sourced policies to fit in with our needs. My application was particularly challenging due to several recent health issues and he worked long and patiently to secure a policy that to be honest I was really surprised existed with improved cover and at a reduced price from my current policy. Needed to upgrade my private health policy and spoke to Jemma. I was really impressed how the minefield of health policies’ data was stripped down, explained and re-assembled to suit my requirements. Brava!

This lady is so knowledgeable and completely professional, no stone was left unturned in order to find the complete policy package and her approach to me was calm and upfront: everything was conducted with 100% transparency. In fact, if Jemma turned sideways, I would mark her absent.

Jemma honoured her promise for callbacks to dot the i’s and cross the t’s. This gave me the confidence if/when future contacts were needed.

In conclusion, IMHO, this employee should have a salary increase with immediate effect.

Looked at healthcare before with another company but they didn't explain things well and never returned my calls. However I phoned healthcare clarity after being recommended by a friend. I was put in touch with Rob who was amazing from start to finish, no pushy sales ect. My unanswered questions cleared up and gave great advice in what we actually needed in a company policy.
