She provided clear, practical advice on how to advocate for my mum and ensure that all necessary processes and steps were in place to meet her needs.

For example, she guided me on how to push back effectively to make sure the care home was fully equipped and informed about my mum's needs. Lynn also helped me ensure that the right support systems were involved, such as arranging referrals to the local adult care team, mental health services, and even encouraging the GP to conduct thorough medical checks, including blood tests, to rule out any underlying issues.

I have no hesitation in recommending Clarity Care. Mum & Dad had to move from a lovely private sector care home into a council funded home. My heart sank when I found out the funding gap between private and public sector providers. I had spent hours working with HCC brokerage to no avail however, with Lynns help she helped us choose a really good care home and helped with our final selection. This involved visiting our chosen home and meeting key staff and the manager. To be honest I was at a loss before appointing CC. I can honestly say that the fee was money well spent for an amazing, professional service.
