My mum has recently moved into the Claremont and I'm blown away by absolutely everything. The staff the care the kindness and the cleanliness. My brother and me have sadly had to accept that nursing care is what mum needs and after looking around a few other homes the Claremont was by far the best, without a shadow of a doubt. My brother and me knew as soon as we walked in that this is where mum should be. Thank you Claremont for making my mum's move not only possible but a smooth easy transition my mum is world and I'm certain that you will all look after her for me.thank uou

All the team at this home are heaven sent. My mum has been hear for a good few months now and they have worked wonders with her. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the guys here, and they go out of their way to make sure the residents have everything they need. There is always something going on, whether it’s an entertainment act ,or the fab in house activities team there is never a dull moment.
Last but by no means least, a hug thank you to Christine the Claremont manager, she really has shown that a residents needs are her first and foremost priority. Bless you Claremont for being there x

Fed my grandmother jam sandwiches as a DINNER 3 times in 1 week! She is not paying £1100 A WEEK for jam sandwiches and cold fish meals! She's been trapped in a room the entire time, not allowed out; she would genuinely have a better and cheaper experience in a 5* hotel, appalling! Definitely not the staffs fault as they get paid pittance, typical business at the top looking to make the most profit out of the elderly 😡
