One star is one star too many, well where do you start with this bunch.
I was sent to them by my solicitors for an assessment after an accident.
The person that assessed me looked like he lived under a bridge, for a professional man his choice of clothing was good, you would expect a retired Orthopedic Surgeon to have a pair of trousers and a shirt (forget the tie), this guy was in an old pair of jeans and a polo t shirt.
I don't know who the hell he was listening to in that room because it certainly wasn't me and there was only me and hm in the room.
The amount of details that were wrong was disgusting, report said "the car was jolted sideways and there was moderate damage done" the fact was that my Octavia Estate was hit with such force by a boy racer on a VW polo that it knocked my car 4 foot sideways, both cars were written off in the process.
That report sat in someone's inbox for 2 month's, until the day that I rang and asked were it was....and guess what... they were about to process it that day ( I didn't believe in miracles until that day).
I made a complaint over the phone about this ie the state of the so called Dr and the report not being sent, on the phone she said to me that they will be sending me a final response letter, that letter read more or less "sorry for the delay"and I had got to sign something and send it back to them ASAP to say that I was satisfied with the outcome of the complaint, that's still in my inbox waiting to be signed which means the complaint is still on going.
The amended report.... where is that you might wonder.... you guessed it sitting in someone's inbox waiting to be sent to my solicitors and can you also guess when it was going to be sent..... Yesssss .....the day the that I rang up to say where the hell is my report, once again confirming that miracles do exist.
I did not have a choice in dealing with this company, but if you are given the choice as to whether you deal with them or not, my advice is DON'T, find somewhere else that knows what they are doing

This company doesn’t even deserve one star. The medical agent who completed my medical assessment got 10+ details wrong including my date of birth, this then took them 3 months to correct and in this time was passed through supervisor’s as being ‘up to standard’. They then offered a £10 love to shop voucher to apologise and have informed me the member of staff in question has been struck off and was feeling with personal problems. How this company believe that a £10 voucher can compensate for the problems they have caused along with the time wasted I do not know. Avoid at all costs.

I turned up to my medical appointment and the receptionist told me to go home as this company is fake? Confused as to what is going on.

Be ware of this company, very poorly run and enjoy wasting peoples time.
