I was warmly welcomed and treated by the Physio Matt Kinal. Matt conducted a very in depth question and answer session, which was followed by a physical assessment. Matt quickly identified my problem and within a few minutes of treatment, I could feel an easing of the problem. A follow up appointment was booked for 2 weeks later. Today I attended that appointment and congratulated Matt on his excellent treatment. I have experienced total relief and would not hesitate to recommend Matt to anyone who is considering Physio treatment.

I had never been to a physio before and was apprehensive about going, but had nothing to worry about.

Becca was a great physio and helped me get my knees back to normal after an injury. I'm still doing some of the exercises she showed me and have never been stronger. I'm back living the active life I love.

My session with Louise was profoundly relaxing. I enjoyed an Indian head massage, which, for a blissful half an hour, felt like much longer and took me away from all the stresses of the world - leaving me with an otherworldly sense of peace that gave me a feeling of stillness I had not felt in many months. After receiving an unexpected injury which left me almost incapacitated I went along to the clinic and saw a wonderfully experienced physio Linda. With her knowledge, support & guidance, following her suggested stretches & exercises religiously I became pain free & recovered my full mobility again. Linda gave me confidence to return to my previously active life & able to enjoy keeping fit & healthy.

Just finished another massage session with Cydney and feel amazing. She is very easy to talk to and is extremely knowledgeable. I started coming to recover from a shoulder injury but now it's monthly maintenance. This has really helped in my gym and jiu-jitsu training as I feel less restricted and the joints feel more supported.

I have now had a few sports massage sessions with Cyd and they are brilliant! I always leave feeling better and helps my body recover after gym/football, she is always so welcoming and friendly and is very knowledgeable across the board on all things from physio, massaging and recovery. Highly recommend for anyone trying to look after there body whilst playing sports.
