This GP practice is always helpful and waiting times are very good indeed. I have been with this practice for roughly 13 years now. They seem to not overbook their slots and they have never failed to see me within a good time which is very rare nowadays! They all work incredibly hard. Fantastic service, highly recommended

How lucky I am to be with the Civic Medical Centre. Reception and appointments are wonderful; so caring and helpful and look after me and all the patients with above and beyond care. All the doctors, nurses, phlebotomist and all the care workers and ancillary staff are absolute angels. Cannot thank everyone enough for all your care and help.

It's a typical GP at the end of the day. You don't really get any treatment, just a sticking plaster until you either miraculously get better or end up in hospital. My advice would be to push for whatever YOU think needs doing (Scans/bloods etc) and they'll generally agree. Extra star because it's a place where you can get same day appointments sometimes. Receptionists are nice, but don't dare ask any them questions.

Friendly, busy GP surgery. Helpful receptionists. Appointment system changed a few times over the years. Getting one on the day always a race to be first served. Pre-bookable appointment system better now.

Best practice. Have been with them for over 20 years and always have appointments. Even during the covid time and now I had needed their service more (due to long covid) and they make sure I am seen. Not a single time I have rang and not given an appointment and I can choose who I want to see as well

Always see my children very quickly. Emergency appointments also have been available as required by myself and my husband. Great care taken. Staff throughout are kind and compassionate. Would not relocate due to this surgery alone!
