First time that I have used the pharmacy for an injection . I booked the first appointment in the afternoon so that I wasn’t waiting with a recently pulled bad back . I was the next appointment , after a chat with others waiting , but when the pharmacist came for the next patient she said it was first come first served . The next person took in herself and three others plus a carer. They were all on around half an hour and I did query the point of making an appointment. Not happy that I had to wait so long when I had deliberately booked the first appointment . Luckily next injection is at the surgery opposite for some reason.

I have been using Parkers pharmacy for a number of years. They have always been helpful, however, when Mo and his delightful team stepped in it was so apparent that there was a welcoming atmosphere in the store. His customer service is second to none. Mo and his team go above and beyond to care of their clients wellbeing. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Anything you ask for, if they do not have in store they will try to get for you. The lovely friendly faces and happy demeanor means so much to me. I come out of the store with a massive smile on my face.

I have been using Parkers Pharmacy here in Huntington York for several years. However it was not always exclusively. Since the arrival of Mo at the Pharmacy I would not consider going any where else! The service has always been good to very good but now Mo has given his expertise to the Pharmacy the service has gone off the scale. There is nothing the whole team wouldn't do to make sure each customer gets the very best service. They never let me down.
My job was in customer service so believe me I know when its at an excellent rate!
The delivery service is amazing. If they can your meds will get to you the same day. How many pharmacies will do that? In the past other pharmacies have let me down and say they have to order my medicines in, but Parkers always have them in without fail.
I have often recommended Parkers to friends as it is truly the best I have known. Our lovely Mo makes every visit a joy. I want to say a great big Thank You to them all for all the smiles and great service they provide.

I have used this pharmacy for over three years and have always found them to be professional and understanding compared with other pharmacies used by friends , however ,since Mo arrived everything has stepped up in efficiency and entertainment.
Mo is such a lovely person always trying to give the best customer care possible.
I am pretty much housebound at the moment and it’s reassuring to know that my prescriptions are received and then delivered to me within a few hours.
Yes there have been hiccups but they have stemmed from my GP surgery and have been rectified very quickly and professionally by Mo
I have recommended Parker’s pharmacy to friends purely down to Mo’s customer interaction.
I am seriously considering adopting him 😇

Brilliant service and brilliant staff.
We have been using Parker's Pharmacy for many years now and my motto is,
"If it's not broken, don't fix It"
They have now been delivering medication to our house for some months always on time and sometimes before time.
If you ever visit the Pharmacy or have a need to phone them they are the most helpful people I have ever had the experience to speak with.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the staff of the Fire Services who on many occasions help them out with their medication deliveries during this scary period in time, every person that visits our house is very pleasant and very helpful, thank you all once again.
