Worst practice I’ve ever been with, can’t get care for love nor money, I’m in pain and I have to wait nearly three weeks to be seen by the physio therapist who’s not even going to be able to prescribe or diagnose all because the doctors refuse to speak to their patients before making a decision as to what’s wrong with them. Because Dr Butler did this I now have to wait until the next working day to try and get some relief from the pain, it’s Friday today, that means I have to wait all weekend now.
Then I find out they’ve decided I don’t need my continuous care practitioner anymore, just so you know the reason I have one is to stop your stupid nurses and other doctors from prescribing me treatments I’m not allowed to have, here’s a great example, your HRT nurse offered me oestrogen tablets, the Dr who had to take 65% of my liver out wouldn’t be impressed and you’re lucky I live with a Dr who knows better.

My question: Would you like to suffer and potentially die? If so this is the perfect practice you.

I have nothing but praise for all the Doctors and staff who I have dealt with at City Walls Medical Centre. Every receptionist has been helpful and every GP and nurse/associated staff have been helpful and caring.
The problem’s that existed with getting through to the surgery for appointments and enquiries have been improved greatly with the introduction of Patches and has simplified the process massively

I had a consultation with Dr. Akeredolu yesterday. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, provided me with a prescription for the medicine I needed and arranged for a further consultation as well. I was very pleased with outcome.

Shocking.Very cold morning, surgery opened two minutes before my appointment and waited 20 minutes over an 8am appointment before I was told the asthma nurse had phoned in sick,Had blood test previous week and missed phone call as I was trying to get an appointment for my chest infection,no return call and I want to register with another practice as this place is terrible,also a car park charge has been installed as it's been sold.

Rude receptionst tell me go online and everything online didnt even let me ask my qustion when the whole place was empty and why such a place empty!! and eveytime u wanna make appointmant they say is full even the rude lady said they full for today with no one there at all as u see in the pic!! just wonder what they full of!?

A phone appointment today at 3.30 was cancelled via message to my phone. Tried to rebook through my gp app and was not able to-then I tried patch’s and it was not available-then rang city walls and could not even get through to wait in a queue ..very frustrating as all I need is a repeat prescription so god help those who are requesting or waiting for treatment-good luck getting through to them .
