While this rating may be a cause for concern, it is important to note that individual experiences and needs can vary greatly. Therefore, it is recommended to read through some of the reviews to get a better understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of this health center.

One of the standout features of the City Health Centre is its wheelchair accessibility. This is a crucial consideration for people with mobility issues, as not all medical facilities are equipped to accommodate their needs. The fact that this health center has a wheelchair accessible entrance, parking lot, and restroom makes it a more inclusive option for all patients.

Another positive aspect of the City Health Centre is that they accept new patients. This is important for people who have recently moved to the area or are looking for a new medical provider. It can be challenging to find a healthcare provider who is accepting new patients, so this is a definite plus for the City Health Centre.

However, it is important to note that the average rating of 2.2/5 on Google My Business is lower than ideal. While some of the negative reviews may be due to individual experiences or factors outside of the health center's control, it is still a red flag that should be taken into consideration. Potential patients may want to read through some of the reviews to get a better understanding of the issues that have been raised and to determine if they are comfortable moving forward with the City Health Centre as their medical provider.

The receptionist are extremely rude. I got attend to in a non-professional way. The receptionist kept on rolling her eyes, tried to talk to her the second time and we walked away. People are going through a lot. They should be welcomed in a warm manner. Not the otherwise

Honestly the people responsible at the GP needs to teach some etiquettes to the staff for answering the phone. The receptionist by the name of Raman is absolutely a liability to the establishment. She has no communication skills, rude and abrupt. I’ve worked in hospitality sector for over 10 years and if she worked for me with that attitude, she wouldn’t be working for me by the end of that day.

I had a disappointing experience with this clinic. The staff, especially the receptionist, was quite unprofessional on the phone, speaking rudely and showing little concern for patient needs. It’s important for healthcare providers to treat patients with respect and courtesy, and I felt that was lacking here. I hope they improve their communication and service moving forward.

How am I number 1 in the queue for over 30 mins? It frustrates me that these receptionist just choose to ignore calls, this surgery needs proper staff and not someone who sits there on their mobile phone whilst ignoring the surgery calls! Please offer them some training because this is appalling!!!!!!

All the Staff are very nice, very polite and professional, especially ''Haroon'' at the front desk who is very gentle person and helped me a lot. Thank You Haroon . This is the best experience I ever had. Would definitely recommend.

Actual jokers. Worst gp I've ever been with! Never put prescriptions through even though they're on repeat, having to call up multiple times for them to actually be bothered to even request it. Reception staff are very rude and seem just plain lazy.

If i can give i will give -10.
There where no appointment possible for adults or child promise to doctor call but call not made or later on the evening when medication required. This is why my family end up all the time on a&e with measles, krupp etc...Useless service i dont understand how this practice dont lose them license already...If you struggle with them my advice to contact Quality Care Commisioner who can look after each case. This is not fair not just with adults but also with childs as well. They have capacity to send texts all the time but they highly ignore sick peoples who really need medication.

Go up
