I really wish I could rate 0 stars. My elderly mother was an inpatient in this facility after a hip replacement. I would advise caution and persistence if you have an elder with dementia. It's a battle royal to get proper treatment and carers are obstructed at every turn.

Wouldn't even give 1 star, i was late for an appointment 8 mins and they didn't see me. I was stuck behind an accident which happened on the road i was travelling on, passing through was a nightmare! I explained everything but they said your half way through your appointment and there fully booked.

Multiple services at City Care Centre can be confusing. Main one are out of hours GP Hub (right entrance) and UEC Hub for hospital A&E overflow (left entrance). Others include Community ENT and Physiotherapy. Car park machines are cash only, so one star subtracted.

Quick, timely, accurate. No queue, no waiting. Doctors and staff are very welcoming. Nice and very clean building.

It would be nice to have an experience at the city care centre if somebody there would just answer the phone. For all I know there's nobody alive in that building because nobody will answer the phone for me to make an appointment !!!!!!!!!

I was referred here by my doctor for a chest x-ray appointment and I was literally in and out of the building within 5 minutes. Excellent service
