I complete my exercises daily, complete my feed back via their app, I have requested help and support with my care plan and have received no meaningful response other than words to the effect that they cannot find me on their system. I've contacted them via the Your Opinions Count button on their website, they read my emails, I have the read receipts but nothing else other than requests for my personal details once again. Very disappointing response and no help offered with my ongoing care plan, they don't appear to care.

How are you supposed to contact these people. No contact details on appt letter, their website telephone number just goes dead after answering. Have spent last 45 mins trying to get a valid number from various agencies, only to be left on hold for 20 mins. Now I have requested a ring back from an automated service. I need to change an appointment!! This is soooo stressful…………..

This service is utterly useless. Despite my mother being in pain, we're told to schedule an appointment via phone. However, we're left on hold for hours only to end up being transferred to a dead phone line. This isn't a new problem, and it's appalling that companies like this receive NHS contracts while demonstrating such little compassion by failing to provide a functional service.

My first appointment was March 2022 at that point I was in immense pain and it was really affecting my life. I'm now in such a better place with little pain and so much improvement. I am now able to move about and the pain I was experiencing is not affecting me, allowing me to do the things I couldn't do. This was really life improving.

I was told by my GP to do a self referral using the app. It was awful, took ages and you went round in circles answering the same questions. I then waited 6 and a half weeks for a telephone consultation to be told I needed a face to face. The practitioner I spoke to was lovely and I’m sure very experienced and knowledgeable so I am not criticising those who work for this organisation. How can physio work over the phone? It’s ridiculous and a waste of everyone’s time. I’m now waiting for another appointment and was told to chase if I don’t hear in 2-3 weeks meaning I’m likely to wait over 2 months (if I’m lucky I would think) to see someone. I know waiting times are horrendous and I feel sorry for the hardworking staff but it’s so frustrating when you need help and it’s affecting your daily life and earning capacity.

I would not even give this one star but have no option. Unbelievably terrible service. My father is in chronic pain and is desperate for his second appointment but I cannot get through on the booking line and have spent hours (no exageration) on hold only to be cut off. Even the consultants secretary is ashamed of this service. I hope the leaders of this organisation hang thier heads in shame. I hope they never have to live with chronic pain and experience the desperate situation we are in and have been for some time. Disgusting.

I was contacted by this outfit as I had been referred by my GP. They then sent me a letter asking me to make an appointment with them. (I was under the impression that referral appointment times would be their responsibility.) I was told to phone them which I did mid week at around 11.30am. No reply then after nearly 5 mins the line went dead. I emailed them and by reply was told a day and time when I would recieve a telephone consultation. No one rang. This is what you get when private companies eat into the NHS.
