Not fit for purpose. Took 4 years to finally get scans to investigate the root cause for some of my pain. Finally had scans Nov 24. I was told nothing was found on the scans yet when I requested the notes various issues were on the notes. I talked through the notes with a private consultant who agreed with the findings being the cause of the pain and has booked me in for an operation. I have followed the complaints process on the website and didn't receive a reply [email protected] (ironic). I also emailed [email protected], again haven't had a reply. The complaints process mentions writing to the Hospital director yet doesn't say how. If I don't hear back within the next 7 days I will proceed with taking legal action due to medical negligence.

Tina Blewitt, who I had my appointment with, was very efficient, understanding and professional in the way that she dealt with my problem.

Everything was explained to me in a clear and concise manner, and every opportunity was given by Tina for me to ask questions.

Although my appointment was only for 30 minutes, she covered everything in a relaxed and unrushed manner.

If I could have given 11/10, I would have done.

Had a good conversation with Tina Blewett in which we spoke open and easily about my problems and concerns. It was a very positive and professional, I need to return at a later date and feel at ease for going back to get help with my problem. It was a relaxed feeling from walking into reception area and got help straight away in waiting area, before getting called in. If your going to the clinic in Biddenham in Bedfordshire then you will be in safe hands.

Today I have seen a physio at Circle. I can inky say a huge thank you fir tge excellent service. I wasn't rushed the appointment started at on time, I was listened too the expectation was clear. Thank you.

Having waited over three months, during which my GP surgery asked for an expedited appointment, I was offered an appointment in a further month’s time with a Sports Therapist for a worsening and disabling condition requiring a corticosteroid injection or assessment for surgery. Unacceptable.

We have had diabolical service from Circle MSK, literally sending us round in circles, getting no where. I was due a knee operation, they decided to send me to a private hospital. I was due the operation on 2nd January 2024, but they found I had a blockage in my left ventrical branch, so I had to see the cardiology dept at Bedford. He said my op would be fine so I'm sent back again to the private hospital,and an op was booked for 23rd October, but again to be refused on the grounds that if anything went wrong I would need emergency treatment which could not be given at the private hospital. I then wait weeks for an appointment with the surgeon at Bedford hospital, that was on the 2nd January 2025. Now told I been put back on the list at the bottom of it. In the meantime time my other n knee under the extra strain is playing up. Circle MSK couldn't organise a booze up in a brewery.

Tina, the practioner I saw, was easy to talk to and listened to my concerns. She was able to answer all my questions and give sound advice. A thoroughly pleasant and reassuring meeting.

It took far to long 3/4 months to get an appointment as a consequence my condition Plantar Fasciitis went away. I suffered from end of March until Mid October. 6 months is far too long. All the remedies and things I carried out to relieve the pain and discomfort were driven by me.
