Attended the basic ECG course. Very good content, in good depth. The course was delivered at a steady pace with plenty of opportunity to ask questions during and after the teaching. A good balance of theory and conversation sharing peoples personal experiences. A good sized class that meant everyone was included, and able to have an input into the course content. Overall well delivered and great informative content. I will be returning for more courses in the future.

The facility was excellent, had a room which was interactive and allowed us to be in the scene.

Most importantly the staff were first class. They had excellent knowledge and taught us in a way that we were able to understand and pass the course.

I have attended CIPHER Medical for a range on course now including FREC3, FREC4, Safe Administration of Lifesaving Medication, Wound Closure Course and an ECG Course and all courses have been exceptional. Trainers have been really engaging with expert subject knowledge. Facilities are second to none and scenarios are very realistic. Simulation Suite added extra reality. Highly recommended!!!

Having just attended a SALM - Safe Administration of Life Saving Medication course with Cipher Medical I can say it was really in depth, very good course content and equipment to use. Aaron was very knowledgable with very good experience to draw upon when asked questions. would highly recommend!!

My father suffered a further brain bleed on Sunday gone. The paramedic and technician who attended the home were exemplary. The ambulance was with us in less than 45mins and the care for my father and the rest of the family was of an exceptional standard. Mark and I think Claire sorry if I'm wrong were so professional but so caring in spades. A brilliant team thank you .
