Had a flat tyre and managed to get a slot late on a Friday. £19 to fix the puncture = brilliant.

Great experience. Booked MOT over the phone. Good pricing, friendly helpful staff, very fast turn around. My car had a clean bill of health so it was in and out after an hour. If my car needed work I wouldn’t hesitate to get it repaired here.

They've done only the easy job at super expensive priceand for my real problem they responded" you want us to check all the joints? It takes to long". When I made the appointment I've specified that they can keep the car wven for 1 week as long as they repair it. 2 hours later it was "fixed". Not recommended, unprofessional.

Just been for a retest after an MOT failure. Was told by lady in reception on Tuesday when I called in to check when the retest time ran out that today Thursday was the last day. Did the work, booked in for retest and turned up on time. Then told the last day for retest was Wednesday and that I had to have a new test and pay again. No apology, no reasonable compromise just - well she isn't here and you will have to have a test again. I accept if it is over time then it can't be put in on the DVLA website as a retest but having come here for over 4 years with multiple vehicles there was no customer service at all, just pay again.

The clutch started slipping on my camper after a long test run. I spoke to Paul as we have sites booked over the next few weeks and I needed to get it in and sorted. What a 5 star service Paul booked us in the next week no fuss. He kept in touch with us and told us when a problem with the gearbox mounting was found. He had already sourced a new one and we had the van back the next day. Found them to be completely transparent and will be using him again for sure. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Can you say amazing and fabulous place about the garage?! Yes, this place is absolute gem place:) and it's purely down to it's team. Brad has been fantastic in saving our Astra whilst we're on holiday in Wales (200miles away from home?),on Saturday rainy morning. He has identified and named the problem very quickly, professionally taken a decision and sourcing the right parts fast enough that we're out of service in less than 2 hours very fairly priced service and I would highly recommend this place, well deserved 10 stars ?
