That's medical centre it's absolutely a joke. You can never manage sorting out anything with them. I call to make doctor appointments on Monday morning at 8:30 am and then I was transferring to senior manager to talk about, who told me to call on Wednesdays as they can't make any appointments now, so I did, just to hear as they give me a wrong information and I have to give them a call on Thursday at 8:30am again. Hm.... They saying always as they so busy,at the time you need it, it's Impossible normally get the appointment like you can do any other places.I never experienced any problem previously in the old surgery on Dockham road but I always have on this new one. I wonder... If they really so busy as you can berly manage to sort it something out with them As you can never manage to get to see anyone when need it. I will be appreciated if someone can sort out this place,
