I recently visited the UK to see family. We did our Covid test with Cignpost Diagnostics and were blown away by the efficient and polite staff who dealt with us.

The rapid results I found to be most helpful in that we didn't have to quarantine with family for too long at all and we could better spend our time in exploring the beautiful English countryside. The end to end testing solution is most impressive for any foreigner visiting the UK.

We spent as much time as we could in the UK which meant complete peace of mind in returning to work without being in quarantine once again before returning to work.

A positive experience from start to finish and we would most definitely have no hesitation in recommending Cignpost Diagnostics to anyone wanting to have a Covid test.

I did the four hour test and did not receive the results and it had been six hours now. I went to Heathrow Terminal 3 were I got my test done and spoke to the site manager JAMES. He said there was nothing we can do and is too late to get refund as you have done the test already. Then
another customer had the same problem as me and he was able to help them. I knew this was down to my race. He was rude, unprofessional and discriminated against me. @cignpostdiagnostics

Had a preflight test booked, got to site to be told that it was not the test I needed. Staff on site advised me to book a new test to replace the current booking and that they would issue me a refund. Was also told to book for the next day (as that day was showing fully booked even though test site was empty) and they would do my test right then. Staff also mentioned that this issue was being had by many people and that getting a refund for the test wouldnt be a problem. Fast forward to today now I am back in the US and I am being told that they will not refund me but provide me with a voucher to get another test for free, which is useless to me as I do not live in the UK. I do not recommend this site for testing as they appear to be running a scam and cheating international travellers out of their money.

I’ve used Cignpost Diagnostics through the pandemic to process our workplace PCR tests. After approximately 8000 tests, using various labs in the UK, I can honestly say the service we receive is outstanding. Brilliant customer service despite me throwing some curveballs, Cignpost delivered every time. I’m just about to start another contract with them too for the rest of the year. Highly recommended.

I have used Cignpost testing services during multiple film and tv productions over the pandemic. Very easy to use website when booking tests externally across the country, and have also been using testers inhouse, who are always prompt, calm and work well in busy environments. The administration team are great - very approachable and on first name terms. They provide you with everything you need (PPE kit, testers, scanners and ipads) and are happy to help.
Things that could be improved; quicker turn around of results when booking tests externally, and training testers to swab in pressurised/ busy environments - as have had a range of testers who swab quickly and efficiently, and others who take too long.

still awaiting my refund radio silence seems to be the modus operandi of this organisation - any chance someone can deal with an already agreed refund
