Huge thanks to Dr Kang, he is absolutely fabulous. He listened to me, he really helped me after 10 days of trying to get an appointment and medication. I hope I get Dr Kang again if I need any medical assistance. Thanks so so much

Update: I had a call back from the surgery and they took on board my comments and assisted me with appointments. They are also planning to update the booking system in the new year.
I've increased my review from 1* to 4* as they dealt with it really positively and I'm hopeful for a better experience moving forward.

Previous review:
I joined because this surgery had much better google reviews than others in the area. Unfortunately it is impossible to get an appointment of any kind. Everything is done through E-Consult which never seems to be online, even trying at 8:15am and its already closed. I don't understand why even for a basic appointment it's necessary to submit within a presumably 5 minute early morning window rather than be able to arrange an appointment. I have also attempted to call them numerous times (such as when i need an urgent prescription) and was left ringing for 30mins+ until the call eventually just got cut off. The only time ive ever been able to be seen was when they called me as a new patient, i requested an MRI scan and blood tests. Over a month later, ive had no contact from them but i did end up calling an ambulance and was hospitalised due to being in severe pain and they did the MRIs which uncovered a serious spinal issue. Even now, i cannot get hold of this doctors for my files on this. I would be delighted if the surgery could reach out to me, because i am considering moving to another surgery with 1-2* google reviews because i basically dont even have a doctor right now!

I visited CH Medical Centre today and was booked in for a Health Check with Berni. She was very welcoming and patient.. she gave me all the necessary information in order for me to make an informed decision about my health choice - in all honesty it was more like visiting/talking to a member of my family. I try to avoid Churchill due to the parking but this time it was well worth my visit just to meet Nurse Berni. Thanks again!

Churchill Medical Centre E4.. My nurse John is brilliant, professional, caring with great people skills. I was asked to attend on 21/6 - was seen very quickly, asked if I minded having a student nurse. The qualified nurse supervised and communicated with me throughout. Discovered I was about to go on holiday, took time to ask additional questions and arranged for me to be seen on return. I attended today 1/7 he was again very professional went extra mile to check my knowledge, re condition and potential treatment pathway. Very approachable, and supportive. Just wanted to say as it's very easy to complain when things go wrong.

This visit was the opposite! Well done Nurse John. You make Churchill proud!
