Incredibly poor care from the management team. This seems to fit in with the report from CQC, which mentions the need for improvement. I feel profit is more important than actual care. As such I have been told by multiple carers now that they were not taught everything and the training consisted of a PowerPoint presentation, studying online at home and a written exam. There may in have been some shadowing, but no one to check the new carers were completing various responsibilities correctly. The carers have admitted that many things were never taught and they had to ‘“learn themselves”. I have raised several issues with management previously, which they chose to not resolve nor did they follow their own complaints procedure. There has been many alarming admissions made by both their office and their carers, which is very concerning and I believe puts many users at risk. I will not go into further detail on the specifics here as they are something I will need to escalate through the relevant agencies.

I do find it interesting that it seems the positive reviews are by STAFF, which gives a false representation from a users standpoint.

It is a real shame as some of the carers are really lovely. It just seems the management do give them the support or training needed and would prefer to always blame the carer instead of the office/management side.

I am editing this in response to their unprofessional reply. It is false I have not raised any complaints. Churchill chooses to ignore complaints rather than deal with them. They then will lie as below to cover themselves. They even tried to stop me from having surveillance equipment active in my home (which is legal and they were aware I had), which I can only assume it to not catch all the wrongdoing.

Very good customer service and high quality care service provided for my grandparents . Good management and staff as they are easy to communicate with. Carers are punctual and overall very satisfied I would recommend Churchill health care harrow.

I'd prefere to give zero star rate.
The care was incredibly poor there was a lot of talk but no actions an the actions that were taken were wrong
I'm still being annoyed with letters from them even tho I sacked them many weeks ago.
If your looking for care or a p.a may I suggest any where but hear
