I tried every day last week to get an appointment, after having test results back via a phone call. Impossible to get through on the phone , no appointments available . Very poor service these days.

The absolute worst doctor's surgery in the country. Quickly change your GP service and go to a different surgery, it will be faster, I promise you.

They never answer the phone so what’s a point of the doctors no matter what time you call them they are always engaged and then when u finally get through to them they are always fully booked there has been several times I seriously need them and people I know who can’t get through also the minute u mention 111 they soon give you an appointment
