Today I saw Lisa who is a paramedic working at the surgery. Lisa is a great asset to the surgery. She was so thorough and really drilled down to diagnose my condition by asking the right questions in an easy to understand manner. She even drew an illustration to help me understand how the condition develops. She was very caring and spent extra time with me to make sure she fully understood what i was experiencing. Thank you so much for your time Lisa. You really made a difference.

the woman at the reception is absolutely repulsive, she speaks very badly, as if she is bored and nervous, she raises her voice at you and gives you the impression that if you call again, she will give you something. The manager of the polyclinic is either totally incompetent or has some relationship or friendship with the woman at the reception, otherwise I can't explain why he doesn't kick that repulsive woman out of the reception. Amazing service, on this occasion anyway. You have really helped my husband, as he's been feeling very poorly lately & the service & care he has received has been excellent. The receptionists are very polite & most helpful & this is much appreciated. We would recommend the surgery to anyone.

The absolute rudest receptionists. Very unhelpful, rude, disrespectful, insulting to patients. Extremely and shockingly disappointed by the service provided by these receptionists. Patient safety and care seriously and dangerously lacking at this GP. Poor, incorrect and inadequate patient communication and care provided in all aspects by this GP and receptionists. Very concerning service provided by this GP - ESPECIALLY the receptionists.

I recently had an unpleasant experience with Nicola, the receptionist at the GP. Unfortunately, she didn't come across as the most pleasant or understanding person to deal with. There was no sympathy, no warmth, and no emotions in her communication — something you’d definitely expect, especially when contacting a GP where people often seek help during difficult times.

It felt as if she was speaking down to me, which made the conversation even more uncomfortable. I understand that people have bad days (and maybe this was the case), but I personally don't think this is the right behavior to have, especially when you're in a role that deals with people in need of assistance. When I questioned why she was speaking to me like that, she bluntly responded that she simply "cannot change how she is or the tone of her voice." On top of that, she was sighing throughout the call, which made me feel like my concerns were a burden.

In my opinion, this is not how anyone should be treated, particularly in a healthcare setting where empathy and good communication are essential. I hope this can be addressed so others don’t have the same experience.

A big thank you to receptionist Frances for her patience and understanding. I saw a Dr Hares /Harris.who made me feel listened to and hopefully will be able to arrange treatment for me. All in all a very good service today.

I have been overdue a smear test now for months! Calling back every Monday when they advised appointments are loaded and there are never any appointments. I was told that either they have all gone or no smear tests appointment dates have been released. No advice from the receptionist despite advising how overdue I am, other than “feel free to make a complaint”. Just moved to this surgery and the worst decision ever!!!

I would like to thank Dr RajivBahri for his excellent care of myself in my last visit. He really investigated my problems which are quite challenging and we decided on a plan forward. I felt I was listened to and taken seriously.
