Cannot praise this surgery enough. From the receptionists, to the nurses and the doctors. So helpful and obliging and always able to get an appointment when needed. Im unsure of the Irish receptionists name but she's so lovely and will bend over backwards to help. I never feel rushed. Dr Gopal is so kind and helpful as I have been going through a lot of health problems recently. Knocks the socks off my previous surgery. They took my dad on 7 years ago when he had a stroke and had to move in with me from Haringey. Couldn't have been more helpful.

Nurse Geraldine was absolutely amazing, I usually have bad experiences with blood tests but she made me feel comfortable today and she's so nice just to genuinely talk as well so 5 stars for me!

Dr Nam, Dr Gopal and Diane are amazing, they have always been lovely and immensely helpful and I could not be more grateful for them and these last 5 years. Always manage to get a proper check up, easy to repeat prescriptions and easy to book appointments. Nothing bad could be said about this GP. I can't stress enough how great and trustworthy they are at their jobs.

The receptionist/admin staff need to do better, i have been asking to speak with the GP regarding my test result but i was told they are yet to receive it. i changed my GP and my new GP discussed the result with me in less than one week. I'm really displeased with the service i received and lack of empathy.

Impossible to get doctors appointments. They may as well close this place down. I rang up on Thursday morning because I have a chest infection and have been coughing for two weeks. They said doctors appointments are fully booked. They always say this. Then they said fully booked for telephone consultations too. They said someone will call you back in 2-5 days because they don't call you on Saturday or Sunday. So now I have to go to the hospital and try to get my antibiotics from them instead. This is insane. I have been paying taxes and national insurance for 35 years and this is the service I get in return.

One very rude receptionist as others have pointed out. However I have been using them for 30 years, the doctors are good and Sonjah and Sharon as others have mentioned are excellent. Shame about the one really rude one, I had put in a complaint and asked that she should be put on a course on how to handle the public however when I called yesterday she was again rude. So obviously the practice manager doesn't care about it. Shame really. The doctor I spoke to was lovely. If you have the same problem with that receptionist please complain so we can either get her trained up or sacked. She is ruining an otherwise good centre.

Great surgery. I spoke with Sonia this morning and she is always so professional with me on the phone which is really refreshing as when you're ill, you can often feel like you are being a burden so it is nice to speak to someone on the other end who does not make you feel that way.

Other staff members who also stand out are Diane and Bernadette, both ladies also endeavour to maintain professionalism and are both lovely to speak to.
