Amazing service. They were able to come over the very next morning after accepting the quote to remove the garden waste we had. They were polite and made sure they weren’t leaving any mess when taking it all away. I’ll be using them again for our next garden waste!

Both gentlemen were very professional and made sure they took the right items. They worked very fast and took every last bit I wanted. Had a last minute request and was approved on the spot. Chunky Junk Ltd was a true pleasure, professional through and through. From initial conversation, very polite & straight to the point in terms of enquiring what needs to be done & the price. They kept me informed even during a bank holiday period of letting me know that due to office closure, they will let me know of a time slot once back in the office. They truly were people of their word and alerted me of the time slot once back in the office.
Additionally, the time slot that was given of 9-11am, they arrived much earlier than expected. Once 2 of them arrived, they were respectful of the property and didn’t knock on the door loud at all, then were able to follow instructions on what area needed clearing. They were speedy, efficient and very friendly. They went above and beyond ! I would definitely use them again & will recommend them to anyone I know going forward. Gained a permanent customer in me for a long period!
