Really good surgery, both me and my partner are registered and are usually able to get an appointment either same day or the next day. We’ve only had one issue since being at this surgery and that was almost immediately sorted by the manager. Doctors are efficient and explain things well

Rude reception staff at barn surgery. I don’t go to this surgery but needed to take someone in for appointment on Tuesday 24th sept. Only give you 10 mins to get to appointment and when I mentioned it. Receptionists started sniggering and laughing at each other. Unprofessional and not welcoming.

I needed something added to my notes i have continual abdominal pain which they are aware of.Visited to complete a blood test and informed the Nurse and she was told by her superior to tell me to go on line and complete a form. How ridiculous.
I only needed some thing added to my notes which was relevant to my on goibg problem

First class, second to none. Christchurch ladies are very good but Burton are exceptional. How they cope with some of the rudeness is beyond me. Reception is a hard job and yet they do and go above and beyond when needed.

I have been shocked at how good the Surgery has been since we moved here. At our Old Surgery you had to ring at 8.00 for an appointment, hang on for an hour & then told no appointments so try again tomorrow. Since coming here I almost feel I am on Private Healthcare. They are marvellous & can't do enough for us. Thank you & keep it up.

The only good thing about the place is Dr Livingstone. I used to be able to make an appointment to see her but now I have to see a nurse. They are closing Bransgore but I found out about it on the news. They couldn't be bothered to tell me themselves. On hold for ages for an appointment and then told that need to fill in econsult that did not work as they didn't call me back. Now tried to get a prescription but was told that I need to get my new doctor to do that. Then when you add a review they fob you off.

When you actually get to see a nurse or GP this surgery is great. However, if you have anything slightly out of the ordinary, it is nigh on impossible to get this dealt with. I use the Airmid app, and use eConsult, but in this instance neither of these are suitable. I am trying to telephone the surgery now, started at position 12 and having now held for 30 minutes, I am only queue position 10! Looking at the other reviews, something needs to change at this surgery and soon.
