Good hospital, plenty of parking it costs £2.60 for two hours. Reception for out - patients works well. Appointments were on time, no waiting about, easy to get too.

Walked through the doors at 11.45am ( according to the clock in reception ! ) for my 11.45 appointment. Stroppy receptionist said " he's already been out looking for you ". I pointed to the clock and said "I am not late according to your clock " She replied " well, my computer says 11.47". Please replace with someone that is polite and sociable., people are not there out of choice.

Just turned up to my appointment to be told it’s cancelled. No call to tell me it’s cancelled nothing. So I then go to re book further appointments only to be told that my next confirmed appointment is actually a bank holiday and won’t take place !

Great team effort guys !

Superb NHS treatment. Had a dodgy mole removed from my forehead. The doctors and nurses at the dermatology unit were brilliant. Did a great job. The receptionist friendly. Communication really clear. Wait time pretty short. Thank you!

NHS site says 3 mins free parking... nothing on the machine in the middle of the car park about free time. I paid £2.60 by card (no cash option and no pay by phone option - machines have been changed and prices increased from April) and was in and out in 10 mins. I'd happily pay a quid for 10 mins, but £2.60.....

Can't thank the whole team enough for their dedication in helping me with my back rehabilitation. I loved the gym exercises and hope to continue going forward at home. I will miss the whole group very much.

No longer a hospital but certain procedures are done here. It is acoustically difficult for those with hearing aids I am told.

The reception staff were very friendly, the waiting room is spacious and clean. There doesn't seem to be long waiting times for the appointments when I have attended for spinal clinic and physiotherapy.
The car parking was free for disabled blue badge holders and there were plenty of spaces
