Absolutely appalling service!
First I got given out of date medication by the pharmacy, not the hospital fault tho. Second i got given a hand written prescription with misspellings, so the pharmacy didn’t dispense the meds to me!
Then I developed liver problems, had to switch the medications, it has been 3 weeks of calls asking for the prescription, 3 weeks of them telling over the phone that they will call me back. No calls, no prescription… I went in this morning to speak to someone about this issue. No manager available, no doctors to write my prescription, receptionist didn’t really reassured me, he will “try” to get someone to give me a call.
This is the place where people with mental health issues get treatment, shockingly unprofessional!

I have struggled with my mental health and was referred to the local area Steps to Wellbeing, however they are understandably overwhelmed and it has taken years to even get to the point of speaking to someone there. CMHT have been my lifeline, they were able to speak directly to S2W and ensure I got an assessment, they are really understanding, helpful, direct and the receptionist was amazing actually listening to me when I was in a complete state, calming me down and explaining the process. They have made this whole process a lot easier and less stressful for me. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. They call you back immediately, go to every length possible to try to help you, without any judgment. I am so thankful to everybody I have spoken to in the team.

Awful reception staff give completely irrelevant details and awful care. Hang up and do No follow ups. Also told if I come off my contraception it’s because I want to get pregnant not reduce the hormones in my body. Honestly it’s awful. Go to bournemouth!

I am absolutely disgusted with this service.
Today I received a discharge letter, and on it it said that I am of ‘no significant risk.’
I explained to my clinician how bad my mental health is getting, and that I am 100% a risk to myself. He told me on the phone that my issues were ‘strange’ and didn’t listen to me properly.
I have made a complaint and will also be complaining to my gp. Not happy.

Have been told to call them if I'm in bad place so I did. Meet with lady called Monika and from the start she disliked me because I refused to speak Polish. After meeting she discharged me saying there's nothing wrong with me. Avoid this place, they are not looking to help.

Phoned while I was in crisis. The duty nurse told me I was far to distressed to talk to, phone back later once I had calmed down and hung the phone up on me!
Also over a year between seeing a psychiatrist when check ups should be every 3-6 months.
As useful as a chocolate teapot comes to mind.

Absolutely DISGUSTING service with all the exact same problems as everyone else right down to the wrongly scribbled prescription that he wouldn't replace, he's been writing them like that for 10 years I was told. Got no help even after going back and it's pushed me over the edge again.

Diabolically failed and let down doesn't even come close, even after raising a formal grievance for negligence and incompetence.
Censorship won't allow me to go into detail or speak my mind.
