The Clnic I would give a 5 star rating can't give a full 5 star on here as being a paying customer when entering the clinic I feel you should be able to park behind the clinic. I parked there for 2 reasons 1. It was a Saturday afternoon and 2. I was running late for the appointment. I received a letter through the post for a fine of £100 for parking behind the clinic. Looking back there were signs which I take responsibility for but seemings there is parking behind the clinic which had ample spaces with only 2 cars parked, this should be able to park there and managed by leaving your reg with reception. Microsuction of my ears cost £85 and parking cost me £60 because I paid within 14 days. Seems a bit extreme. The clinic for my service was good but this parking issue has dampened my review unfortunately.

What a great working relationship Emily and Dr Dupe share and how welcoming is this clinic!
I used Christchurch for travel advice and ordering anti malaria tablets for my son.
Dr Dupe took time to explain pros and cons for my son’s situation which then led to a friendly informal chat about her family, I remembered how great she was at Mount Chambers Surgery many years ago!
The medication was ordered and I was called just a few days later to collect it - easy, safe and far more personal than an online order.

I’d highly recommend this team and clinic.

Thanks for offering free blood pressure tests to over 50’s earlier this year. Had mine done while acting as vaccination volunteer and it was much too high. My GP took this very seriously but I would not have known anything without the test at Christchurch clinic.

I went today for my covid booster the appointment was for 4.10 pm. I had the jab at 4.11 pm. Not bad I think.

It was a fast efficient service and not rushed.

A word of caution though there is no parking available, this is not the fault of Christchurch Clinic. The parking they do have is set for normal times. Not this covid time where they seeing 60 people+ an hour.

We attended today for a covid booster. When we booked we had been told it was wheelchair accessible and we could park there. We couldn't . Our daughter was vaccinated behind a screen in a corridor with other patients and 3 members of staff within inches of her. The screens couldn't close because she is in a wheelchair. The man next to us couldn't exit when he had his jab as there was no room to get past her wheelchair which is a child's chair. She was shaking with fear as everyone who exited the building brushed against her chair. I am sick with fear that after protecting my medically fragile child for 18 months from this plague I may well have just handed it to her in this cramped totally unsuitable man made environment.

The clinic states there is parking and accessibility at the rear, I turned up to find they had closed this and told the only alternative is to pay for the multi story car park, going off the information they gave that there would be parking I didn’t take my wallet so had had no means of paying for the multi story and I have trouble walking due to sciatica so a wasted 27mile round trip and 40mins of my time wasted and now have to rebook my vaccine else where
