I have been a member of various GP's over the years and Chorleywood Health Centre by far provides the best service. We have been patients for over 4 years and have always been able to get an appointment, queries have been dealt with efficiently, any concerns raised have been addressed promptly. Their COVID vaccine clinics a were run incredibly efficiently too given the circumstances. Would highly recommend.

I've been with this surgery for some years and besides a few very minor bumps they've been exceptional. I'm on the Clinically Extremely Vulnerable list so I get a significant amount of use out of this surgery and can say that their service has been way beyond that which I have experienced elsewhere.

I didn't realise how good I had it at Chorleywood Health Centre until I moved house and had to unfortunately change GP.
The level of customer care here is outstanding, I was almost always able to get a same day appointment face to face to see a GP, and was always seen on time. Outstanding surgery.

I had a phone consultation booked. Requested for this to be changed to face to face on the day before my appointment without any issues.
I was seen on time and my referral was in my inbox on the same day!
This practice has a very professional and experienced clinical team.

I cannot fault the Chorleywood Health Centre in any way. I, yesterday (May I add,Jan 2nd) filled in an online form to talk with a GP, was called at 8:30am and before the allotted time of 11:20 was talking to Dr Lakasing about my health issue. By 12:30 I had already taken my first antibiotic!
I cannot fault the treatment and service, we as a family have always recieved and an extra big thank you to the fantastic Dr Lakasing for all of his care over the years.

What establishment shuts down for an hour and a half nowadays? Worse, it’s a doctors surgery and many people can only call in their lunch hour. When the surgery’s shut! Makes absolutely no sense. The automated booking also does not allow you to book with a nurse. Bad service.
