First time at Chorley Health Centre, the lady on the doctor’s reception was extremely rude. Made me feel as if I was a nuisance. Giving 2 stars as the nurse I saw couldn’t have been more helpful and caring.

I’ve been here two Sundays in row, the girls in the dressing room have been friendly and attentive.
I had surgery on my wrist so I’m in some discomfort they both made my experience as comfortable as possible. The guy on reception is also very friendly and helpful. Thank you all for providing an amazing service you guys don’t get enough recognition your bubbly personalities and big smiles make all the difference when you’re not feeling yourself ❤️

Just tried to book a referral appointment today 3/12/2024 10.17 a.m. The lady I spoke to was unbelievably rude.. Virtually barked at me " referral for what ! " Zero point in complaining as this lady couldn't care less..

Called 3 days continuously to change my bandge as referred by the gp and nurse .But every single time they denied that they have no nurse avilible ....

Booked for my implant removal, I was referred as my GP does not offer this service and I was handled by Wendy. She was very funny and extremely informative about a few questions I had. The place was empty, I might have been the last patient of the day? She was waiting for me at the reception and took me straight through, felt like first class lol! But the service was straight forward, quick and I have no complaints about how I was treated. Thank you very much Wendy @ Chorley Health Centre!

If I could give it minus stars, I would. Booked a blood test for a liver and kidney infection and appointment 5 times but they were all cancelled the day before or hours before the actual appointment time. Absolute Joke.

The lady at the desk didn't bother to explain why it's been cancelled, she was only concerned with confirming if the voicemail she left couple of hours before the appointment was received and carried on with her business, like its a usual thing

Attended a Rheumatology appointment on the 10th July. Called to follow up on appointment 6 weeks later as I had received no updates regarding Consultants letter to GP requesting further referral. Was advised to call Rheumatology at Preston Hospital. I was then advised, by the very flippant secretary, that the Consultant was away for 2 weeks and the letter from them to my GP would not be signed until their return. It is now 8 weeks later and I have still heard nothing. Over 8 weeks for a Consultant to sign a letter to a GP requesting referrals to other services, which will no doubt take just as long to respond is just ridiculous.
