Chizhande Care we found were very reliable, hard working and friendly carers for my elderly father with dementia. We found them very helpful and even came during heavy snow to care for dad. Special thanks to Lawrence, Funghai, Abdul and Nigel who all showed great care and compassion during my dad’s care. We were kept informed of any issues and they were flexible to meet dads needs, happy to recommend.

For twenty months Chizhande cared for my very elderly grandmother. She was 101 when they began to help her with her independence at first. What started with one call a day eventually became four and with continuity of care Betty had a good routine and was very well looked after. The ladies cared for her and her home and would listen to her many stories of the war or family or her imaginary complaints that the dementia threw up. My Nanna enjoyed their company and as a family we knew she was properly looked after with decent communication and access to our carers through an app or their personal telephone numbers. Thank you must go to three personnel in particular; Shumi, Barbra and Asma. You ladies worked so hard to keep Betty going, I personally thank you, miss you and am so very grateful you came into our lives. May Betty rest in peace having enjoyed her last months in her home, passing away with her daughter, grand daughter and carer Shumi by her side.

Chizande care services have been looking after my husband and myself now for a few months and will hopefully continue to do so. We could not ask for more from them. The care and support they give adds extra value to not only my husbands well-being but also my own. We are being exceptionally well looked after. With shift changes, we have met several members of carers who have all been great, but we must give praise to the main pair that visit - Eunice and Imran. They are polite and friendly and give me added confidence that their sole purpose is to ensure my husband is as comfortable as possible from the moment they enter our home. They take care of his every need by casually chatting and asking him they ensure that his needs are catered for, and I couldn't ask for more. I would definitely recommend this care provider. 😊

We were offered this company, with the times we needed to provide care for mum after she was diagnosed with dementia.
All we have is praise for them, my mum really likes the girls who come to look after her. They are so kind and helpful with her and she talks about them as friends. She has 3 visits per day to help with washing, dressing, food and drinks and help with dispensing medication. Nothing is too much trouble and you can always rely on them to get in touch if there is a problem.
A very professional company to deal with, very understanding and thoughtful

I have LPA for a family friend who is in his 80’s so when he fell ill I was responsible for sorting out the help he needed. He needs 4 carers per day and was at first issued a care company that turned out to be dreadful (I won’t go into details) so after much research, phone calls and paper work I came across Chizhande.. WOW what a difference, the care company is truly wonderful! The carers go above and beyond, they are kind, caring, hardworking, punctual and when all their tasks are completed they take the time to sit with him and talk. The management team are all lovely too and you can contact them at any time and they are always happy to help. They also use an app which is on my phone which the carers fill in every time they see him with very detailed notes so you are informed constantly. I cannot recommend Chizhande enough, they have made my life so much easier, a real peace of mind and my family friend is so much happier and loves all of his carers. An excellent company and a care company that really does care ☺️

Chizhande Care provided cares for mum until she passed away in December. The care provided by the carers that came into her home was exceptional and my mum was highly complementary and thankful for everything they did for her. I can't thank Chizhande Care enough. They have made my life so much easier with there polite, respectful and caring staff. Any problem I have had one phone call and it is sorted ghat day.I have heard so many horror stories about carers but I can go out knowing my husband is well taken care of that is priceless.
