Fantastic service today. Spoke to Dr Rowena who got me an appointment at the JR for this afternoon. I got seen straight away when I arrived and was back to work within 2 hours! Absolutely brilliant. To be honest I have only had brilliant service at CNHC . We are very lucky.

I recently had an appointment at Chipping Norton Health Centre for the Oxfordshire Community Musculoskeletal Service, and I am incredibly happy with the experience. My little daughter had an 08:30 appointment, and she was seen right on time, which is greatly appreciated. The consultation did not feel rushed at all. The staff took their time to thoroughly assess and address all our concerns with genuine care and professionalism. The level of attention and the quality of service we received were truly excellent. I highly recommend Chipping Norton Health Centre for anyone in need of musculoskeletal services. The team's dedication to patient care is evident, and I am grateful for the outstanding support they provided to my daughter. Thank you for your exceptional service!

Subject: My Fungal Nails Need Love Too!

Dear Chipping Norton Health Centre,

I hope this letter finds you in good spirits, although I must admit that mine are slightly diminished due to a recent interaction with your esteemed institution. It appears that my fungal nails have become the source of some confusion and inconvenience, and I feel compelled to bring this to your attention.

Upon attempting to submit my nail clippings for culture, I was met with the surprising news that this could not be accommodated after 3 pm. As a fervent believer in the potential of my nail samples, I must express my puzzlement at this temporal restriction. Do my nails operate on a strict 9-to-5 schedule? It seems that they have failed to inform me of such operational guidelines.

Furthermore, the suggestion that a new sample would be required due to concerns about the longevity of the existing clippings over the weekend has left me bemused. I can assure you that my nails, unlike other more volatile organic specimens, are in a perfectly dry and durable state. Unlike poo or wee, they possess the admirable trait of longevity, unaffected by the passing of mere days.

In light of these circumstances, I cannot help but feel inconvenienced by what seems to be a case of incompetence in the nail-related sector of your esteemed establishment. I trust that the health and well-being of my nails will receive the attention and consideration they deserve.

I have no experience of this practice but on moving to Chipping Norton two years ago, I was told how awful the service was. A lot of these reviews confirm this. I registered with Moreton who always answer the phone and give an appointment usually within two weeks. They are a caring practice.

Just shocking.
I need to get my booster vaccinations, and they turned me away.
I had to escalate it to a local health board who pushed them to resolve.
Their only resolution is ONE clinic in November when I am away.
I have requested a referral to Banbury, or another local health centre, because Chipping Norton are the ONLY one in the local area NOT providing these mandatory boosters.
These boosters should be provided for FREE by them, however, now I need to pay for the service at Superdrug in Banbury.
If you do need any vaccinations, I can't recommend the nurse in Banbury Superdrug enough. She is taking on all of Chipping Norton Health Centre's vaccinations because they are too lazy to do them themselves and she is dealing with other demands too.
I am now moving to Moreton after experiencing the Chipping Norton Circus.

Five stars for my doctor. I really have the utmost respect for her. It's the management of the Practice that falls short, I'm afraid. Such a shame with such an excellent facility for our community.

Really bad i took days off only for going to the doctor and the receptionist I talk to don't put me in the system went there and there's no appointments for me very very westing time,I hope I remember her name. And now I have tell my work again to take another day off for this

This is by a country mile the worst GP practice in the world phoned in to day NO CHANCE TO SEE ANYONE THERE FOR 3.5 WEEKS AND THAT WILL BE A STUDENT !! if you want to see your own doctor it may well take over a month at least and as their stone age systems only see forward for 4 weeks to get that appointment you have to call in every day again and again until a visible slot appears. This GP practice set up by Cameron then PM was supposed to be first class but its a joke utterly useless and everyone in chippy agrees for confirmation of my assertion just go into chippy say WHS start a conversation and watch how half a dozen people all immediately chip in with their own tale of incompetence and woe this place needs to be shut down and all the 3rd rate staff replaced ASAP
