Friendly enough staff, but dreadful opening hours - as a 9-5 worker, it's impossible to ever get there when they're open. So far they've lost two of my parcels too. Use Hermes instead, far more efficient business

The royal mail should be better, the local Chippy Royal Mail takes the award for worst centre in the counrty. They have lost 3 out of 12 of my last sent packages, they cannot take tracked mail from the local RM shop so you have to take it to the sorting office between 8am-10am which is rediculas. Shame on them.

Arrived back on a Birthday trip out to find a Birthday card and two other envelopes completely soaked and warped!!! Dreadful and inexcusable - moreover, the gate is constantly left open by one of the Postmen inspite of me remonstrating with him to always close it on leaving when I do see him. (Sometime stray dogs enter and defecate as a result)
Also, took about eleven minutes to get through to Customer Service to complain only to be told that my complaint would be forwarded that I would NOT receive a response but that the matter would be looked into and any action necessary taken".

Silly open times at the moment if I have to collect a parcel I have to leave earlier to collect it before the school run as they close at 9am so i am unable to collect after I have dropped the children off at school. I have a son with disabilities so walking there is a nightmare and then to school

Dropped off my covid19 test for priority post to the lab, took Royal Mail TWO DAYS to deliver it, with consequences that my onward travel was delayed by 12 hours and cost more due to amendment charges.

Fantastic staff..... saved my day when I accidentally posted my bank cheques! Explained my dilemma and they retrieved them for me before they were mixed up with thousands of letters! Thank you soooo much! You were all brilliant! Xxxx
