Friendly staff. You have to wait a bit as walk in but that's to be expected. Main car park is tricky but overflow car park is fine. Hema the nurse practitioner was excellent. Keep doing what you're doing.

I've never had any issues, the waiting times as reasonable, the staff are polite, there is normally somewhere to park, it's wheelchair friendly.

Went to get a dressing changed after an emergency Hernia Operatoon and they told me to ring 111, the place was empty

Sent here by my GP for an infected finger caused by a splinter explained all my symptoms, waited 3 hours to be seen then told to go to bath hospital. Total waste of time. I’ll take my chances with a knife at home! Don’t bother just go to A&E.

I can't praise the treatment I was given highly enough. I was very taken aback that my Surgery at Marlborough wasn't able to deal with my minor injury. However I forgot all about the drive once I was kindly greeted and expertly put back together again. Very many thanks to all the staff

I've thankfully only had to use the birthing centre and dental centre. The staff are always helpful and friendly, and we're thankful that we don't have to travel far to get here. Keep up the great work!
