I cannot find adequate words to describe the efficiency of this surgery and team of doctors. My wife and I are well aware of the heavy workload doctors have and the number of patients they have to see.
We are both very grateful for your concerns when they arise and the time you take to advise and treat our health problems. Thank you Doctor Walters and your team, we do appreciate all you do.

We have been with the surgery since it was built, approximately 34 years but received a letter this morning informing us that as we are outside of the catchment area ( by 50 metres) we have 30 days to register with another surgery. I understand the reasoning but at 76 and 71 years of age and having had all our health issues over the past 34 years dealt with by doctors, nurses and receptionists that know us and all our health problems etc etc someone has decided to dump us without any thought or regard to how it impacts us mentally and emotionally including the stress it has caused us by visiting different recommended surgeries that are more difficult to get to and have massive problems with parking despite having a disabled persons blue badge. Then to top it all having to complete three pages of information onto forms that are difficult to read and fill in as they don’t contain sufficient space. It seems no concern or compassion has been given to our circumstances, mobility or health. For over 34 years the Surgery, Doctors, Nurses and Receptionist, have provided us with a very professional, caring and understanding service and we have never had a problem in booking appointments or seeing a doctor.

Dr Walters is an excellent doctor. He takes time to listen to you and shows enormous care and compassion for his patients. Both times I have seen him with young children and he has put them at ease and diagnosed expertly. In all honesty he is the only physician I want to see moving forwards as he really is incredible.

Moving here and joining this surgery has been the best decision health wise. I cannot recommend this surgery enough.
They’ve got an amazingly kind staff team who go above and beyond with a prompt response culture. Cheers to the amazing nurse, Cheryl who was very professional but extremely kind and literally made my day some months ago.
I really feel heard and well cared for here. Big shoutout to the staff especially the amazing Dr Sarah Thompson and Dr Walter!

It's my own Dr's Surgery, and it's a very good surgery too - staff are very helpful. It's now 3 years since I've seen a GP properly. Have also written letters to my GP; but, no reply.... This is as of May 2022..... The only "reviews" I have are by text message. I have developed pre-diabetes, which is getting higher each year, and cannot get an appointment for love nor money. Getting a same day appointment to see a GP, for me, has been near impossible, for the last year. Only just found out for myself, by looking on the NHS app (May 2025) which is on my phone - I can now, book an appointment again through it......!!! Hooorahhhh,..!!!! At last I've been able to book a face to face appointment - the first time in about a year....!!! Oh DEAR, I SPOKE TOO SOON - MY FACE TO FACE APPOINTMENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED, WITHOUT THE OFFER OF ANOTHER FACE TO FACE APPOINTMENT. 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨. I give the surgery only 2 stars because of this ...

Cannot recommend this surgery enough. I have been a patient now for three years and have had nothing but incredible service, both for myself and my family.
Reception staff are friendly and supportive, and I have always been able to speak to someone on the same day when I’ve felt I needed to.
A special thanks to Dr Walters for his recent care and compassion. I couldn’t have felt more listened to and will always be grateful for the care he has provided and kindness shown.
