Wow never thought I’d ever write a review.. since 2:00 o’clock I’ve been ringing to hear an automated message saying “we are busy call back later” gets to around 5:10 it puts me through into a queue I’m say waiting for 15 minutes before the phone hangs up whilst I’m in the queue I call back ends straight away at 5:25 telling me there no longer answering calls. They close at 5:30. This is an important job, they potentially are saving lives getting people help quickly I’ve waited all weekend to call. Absolutely outrages.

Don't waste your time with this lot went with back problem told not to bend then sent away complete waste of time these doctors are taking a wage for no work or effort given , just buy yourself a paracetamol save waiting on a phone line 2 hours

Can't get through and when you do there are no appointments and they absolutely won't 'prebook' an appointment. Like that's fine may aswell die shall I? Not all of us can actually afford to take any time off work at such short notice because god forbid we struggle with mental health! Or ongoing illnesses

Personally I'd avoid this surgery, slow at getting anything done, online econsult clearly doesn't work, had to chase the following week after it said it should have been done for the Friday before.
Getting appointments are awful, queueing for someone to answer to then get an appointment weeks and weeks away.
I'd recommend using a different surgery. Glad I am moving doctors.

Disgusting. The most accurate Term to describe Chilton Medical Practice. While I understand Chilton is a "lower-income" area, its Residents including myself should not be trodden upon as Chilton Medical Practice repeatedly do. For example and by my example, I am severely disabled as well as Asthmatic reliant on my Blue Inhaler every single day during the Winter periods. I have been discarded and my mortality dismissed by Chilton Medical Practice. Still, I have not been contacted to receive my COVID-19 Vaccinations. The only consummate professional with a heart of gold working within the Chilton Medical Practice is Angela whom works at Reception. I cannot move house as easily as most, but my ill treatment by Chilton Medical Practice on multiple occasions means I am desperate to leave this area ASAP.

Since covid it has been practically impossible to get through to Chilton or ferry hill Even 111 had a waiting line.in these uncertain times a doctor's reassurance is important to anyone unsure of their health and particularly if they live alone.

Can’t get an appointment, not interested in the slightest, most of the time don’t answer the phones. Horrendous service, the place shouldn’t even call themselves a medical practice.
