Waited over a year for referral. Never answered phone or got back when message was left. My lad went a year without meds. When finely got to see them the doctor was ok the staff where rude & condescending. Told by doctor to ring one month befor due another visit to confirm & order more meds. I could have prescription sent to my own chemist. When phoned office staff said no appointment has been made. I need to order meds online & they will send prescription to Canterbury or Dover for pick up. When I told them I don't live in Canterbury or Dover & was told I could have prescription sent to my chemist. Told no we don't do that & was basically told if I don't want to pick up at those places my child goes without. NOT HELPFUL . If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Absolute disgusting service. My son was shifted from thanet to this so called service in canterbury without us even being consulted, and then when you try to get through on the phone (during working hours) no one answers or ever gets back to you. They have also falsified his diagnosis to ensure he is now on their books and are not completing his prescriptions. They are not even answering e-mails from other agencies who have being trying to help us. Is there actually anybody there at all?
Their shocking service is nothing short of criminal behaviour and putting young lives at risk. How are they able to get away with this? I will be contacting my local M.P to take this further and I would suggest others do the same. Shocking!

Daughter has been under this so called establishment for some time, having had to wait for a diagnosis for well over 2 years, we finally got somewhere afterr I actually drove down to Canterbury to speak to someone. Now we are awaiting final diagnosis and cant get through becuase their phone line is only open 3 days a week 2 hours per day. As my daughter turns 18 next month we are worried we will have to start the process all over again as an adult. FFS Have no fear I will be driving down there to actually speak to someone. Wont even give it a one star. ( but had to) Receptionsists need to learn some manners and empathy too.

Waited over 18 months for my son to have assessment and still waiting. My other son that is on medication hasn’t been seen for over a year for a medical check, also put in for prescriptions for more meds as running out this weekend and not been done great job there doing. Unhappy parent ☹️

Over a year of poor reviews you would have thought this place would get it's act together. I can confirm due to recent experience that things are still the same. It's that bad we are leaving and going to a private clinic. If this outfit was a private company I'm sure it would have gone out of business by now.
Again why do you have to give it one star, this place doesn't deserve that.

Previous experience of CAMHS was that it was dire and nothing but a waste of everybody's time. Since changing to CYPMHS/NEFLT I have seen a definite improvement. Still a long wait list for assessments and services that was inherited, but once in the system staff are kind, knowledgeable and helpful - where resources allow. Like all overstretched NHS services sometimes you have to push or fight your corner a bit, but the service and communication we received from our case worker, and psychiatrist, was very good. So pleased to see improvements

Have been waiting for an appointment for 8 months through a referral from my neurologist. When a letter finally came through it said that they were discharging me without even bothering to meet me as I didn't need help. Its an extremely high probability that my are seizures due to Anxiety & Depression and because I wasn't given help I have gotten drastically worse.

'We are currently unavailable to take your call at this time' - was the response I received when I called to check the time of my appointment. Whilst waiting in reception I witnessed the staff chatting and ignoring incoming phone calls. Also, they need to make up their mind whether it's 'Georges' or 'George' Turle House.
