Shocking.

There are the occasional element of the Cambridgeshire Service that is useful, however it is clearly an area that needs better funding and experience and finding the fight people.

To be proud that you offer crisis service "but only Monday-Friday 9-5" is sad.

There are also issues with a lack of some services. For example identifying that a kid needs a particular treatment - Then stating they don't offer the treatment so can't do anything is morally wrong.

There are also some clear issues with personal, for example one "practitioner" (lets call her Birdy) talks down to everyone in the most patronising way and in my view causes issues in the kids she works with, by enablement is scary.

Another M is at best intolerant.

There are a few good eggs, met a good art therapist (north American) and a nurse practitioner where good and helpful and the consultant is a nice chap.

The worse thing is to be referred to them. Absolutely no help at tall . They do not know how to deal with children with mental illness. If anything they make the situation worse. Awful service.

Really not great experience, not sure they have the best people on board to deal with the teens etc they are trying to help. Very let down tbh, GPs refer you to CAMH....shame.

Have a family member who is gradually going down hill and this group just blame you and others around them…absolutely disgusting behaviour from people who claim to help
