I changed to this Practice last year after an horrible unprofessional experience I had at another Practice.

I have found this Practice exceptional from the reception staff always pleasant whether this be on the phone or face to face and friendly and professional. The nurses too are professional but the listen an important aspect. As a retired nurse myself the team tick all the boxes thank you.

The Dr’s and nurses are friendly and listen, taking an holistic approach and go above and beyond what they are obliged to do .

There is a mutual respect between the team and myself as a patient.

Had appointment with doctor, due for a cortisol injection for pain relief. Over two months now would get letter from Torbay hospital. Nothing in pain every day. Not able to sleep properly of the pain and discomfort. Sadly this is normal or as it is told from people very poor

Becoming near impossible to make an appointment. Used to be a pleasure booking appointments through the patient access and now it feels like a bun fight trying to get care having to phone from 8 in the morning only to be told no more appointments for the day. I am a clinician and can’t exactly ask my patients to wait for me every morning while I try make an appointment to see my GP. It’s actually become stressful not being able to get help when you need it.

Brilliant supportive practice. I live elsewhere but support my parents in law with their care and with their permission speak to the team when they need me to. I submitted an online form recently and had a call that day from a lovely gp (Dr Ellis) who answered all my questions and shared a clear plan for next steps. Dr Mather has always been very supportive as well with great patience. Thank you to the whole team for all you do to care for our family during such tricky times in the NHS from the lovely receptionists, the team processing prescriptions, all of you in the back office and admin doing all the unseen and so important work, the lovely nursing team who care for them with such compassion and the management for keeping it all running so smoothly. I feel very lucky that our family are registered with you!

Explained I had been having chest pain .Asked if I could have a ecg or see somebody. Was told it would take 3 weeks to see the nurse and should ring another time for a doctors call back .Receptionist was so rude and dismissive .
