The best feature of Chichester Grange is its great staff. The whole team works incredibly hard to provide a warm, welcoming and caring environment for the residents. Everyone is treated with kindness and respect and as an individual. The building is thoughtfully designed and beautifully appointed, as is the lovely outdoor garden space. I teach yoga classes here and am amazed at the fantastic range of activities on offer.

I cannot recommend Chichester Grange highly enough. The staff are super friendly, helpful and accomodating. The home his modern, clean and very welcoming. The other residents are happy and well cared for too. Very nice place to spend your twilight years.

I have been taking the weekly Keep fit class here since just after opening, the home is spotless and all the staff are brilliant and very attentive.
All the residents I teach love the home and speak very highly of it, also about the staff and are extremely happy to be living there.
The grounds are lovely and so are the facilities, along with their great coffee lounge with amazing coffee.

Beautiful buildings, facilities and grounds but mainly all gloss and veneer and just superficial. Maybe ok for respite care but not for end of life. The communication to family on many occasions was diabolical and managers reactive rather than proactive. God help you if your loved one dies at the weekend! My daughters were left voicemails bluntly telling them their father had died (didn’t have the tact to say ‘please contact us urgently’) and we were harassed about having the deceased transported away including 3 calls within one hour to various family members. Made what was already a distressing day completely hideous

Putting the "care" back into carehomes, having worked with Chichester Grange since it opened as their in house Podiatrist I can say with confidence there aren't many places like this. All staff from the cleaners, care team right through to admin, management and regional management all have residents best interests at heart and work closely with the residents themselves, the families and allied health professionals like myself to ensure the best of care and consideration is given to each individual as best as possible. Keep up the great efforts.
