Excellent service! The receptionists are all extremely polite and helpful. I have found them extremely empathic when I’ve had to call about my elderly dad. Whenever I speak to the doctors they clearly know my dad’s case and will always visit if indicated. It’s so reassuring to have such a supportive GP practice. Thank you to the whole team.

I was registered with Cheveley Park Medical Centre Durham since 2021, and last week I wanted to get an appointment for an ECG the lady on the phone told me that I was deregistered, I did not recieved any text or email or call to infome me of the situation and when I needed an ECG I could not get an appointment.
and the worst part is that all my records/datta are lost I do not know what to say.
I hope you will update your patients in the future.

I know a lot of doctors surgeries get bad press but I can honestly not fault my doctors surgery.
They have been brilliant with myself, my adult daughter and my elderly mother and her partner.
The surgery is immaculate and all of the staff are great.

Absolutely dreadful doctors, called my mother fat when shes as thin as a stick which made her burst into tears coming out of the surgery, they take mental health as a joke and are all round rude absolute pisstake

Have had a lot of awful doctors over 15 years and had given up hope. Cheveley Park, specifically Dr Jeffrey have given me that hope back.

All the staff are friendly and understanding. I've been able to get same day appointments when needed. Rarely has something gone wrong

The staff and doctors are fine, but for the last several years it has been nigh impossible to get an appointment, and the doctors are obviously too overworked to ever check in with patients. They clearly don't have enough staff coverage, which renders everything else moot.
