arrogant and rude management, said short staffed and my responsibility to stay with my mother in hospital,, she is never out of the room 24/7 ... nearly 3 years now..only reason she is still there is because she doesn't want the hassell of upheaval to another home,,if you want your loved ones looked after.. dont bother here,,

My grandad has just been here for a week what a terrible place manager is so rude ignorant dosnt know how to return a call my grandad came home smelling awfull of stench of stale wee would not recomend this home to anybody at all please look else where if u want good care for your relatives very very disapointed staff not trained in the correct job needs looking in to before major accidents happen they said my grandad was banging his head of the walls to which i know would not be true as he has never behaved in this way before he has a big bruise and cut around his head ?
