I had treatment at the hospital on8th October and was so happy to see really happy staff. The nurses and doctors are the most friendly and helpful staff you could ever meet. Praise from N x nurse

Nice hospital.looks like they cater for most illness and conditions.not to large tho and easy to get around.everything is pre appointment. So you cant just walk in and get attention .everything is booked in thru your GP .

Just sat in the waiting room waiting for my mam to have an x-ray. And the lady Dianne who works here is just a beautiful human being, listening to the way she talks to and helps every single patient. I wish everyone at the NHS had the same care for their patients as she does.

Very clean only downside is the restaurant is only open for limited times and the signs to the tea bar are still up so people look in the wrong direction. Because it doesn't exist anymore. The restaurant is hidden around behind the reception which isn't signposted.

This review is not aimed at the doctors or nurses but at the reception staff who are about as useful as horse with one leg. I tried to get in touch with my wife’s specialist so that I could leave a message. I was put through to everyone but the correct person. Surely the reception staff should know how to contact the named person? There must be a staff list with the appropriate extension numbers or an internal messaging system? I know we have been through hard times with Covid but this is just pure incompetence with major training required or a refresh of the reception staff!
