Yesterday, I took my daughter to the clinic, for a swollen and painful ankle. After an X-ray, a nurse at the clinic told us that everything was well, but dismissed my concerns about my daughter's pain and swelling. As my daughter was walking into the room, the nurse told her to 'walk normally,' despite her obvious discomfort. This instruction was given before I had a chance to ask any questions or express my concerns about her pain. I felt that the nurse was dismissive and did not adequately address my daughter's needs. Additionally, I experienced an excessive wait time. I waited for approximately three hours to be seen. During that time, I observed several patients who arrived significantly later being called in before us. It appeared that the clinic prioritized patients as closing time approached, which resulted in some patients, including myself, waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. This added to the stress of an already concerning situation."

Better than A and E wait times. I chipped a bone in my foot, got the right treatment Get there early though, it's not a 24 hour place for x-rays if you turn up at 3pm you could get turned away for the next day for an xray. As this place is becoming very popular, average wait from entering to leaving was 4.5 hours. There's limited staff and when nurses are having to help at reception as well as treating people to try and get the waiting casualties numbers down. They are trying their best 👏👍❤️ .

Few days before Christmas I fall down on my foot and when to minor injuries, after X-ray I’ve been told that I have fractured my foot and need to wear these boots for 12 weeks and can reduce the amount of time after 6 weeks.

I had a terrible holiday.Just two days ago my boot broke and went back to get a replacement. First their denied their own words and played around with words. I got a bit suspicious but trusted so didn’t question.
When I was with the nurse, a other nurse walked and said “ is this the lady needs replacement and the nurse said “ ohh no no she doesn’t and replied saying it says she needs it for 12 weeks in the system, which their denied at the beginning telling me that their never say to wear boots for this long. “ I am in shock as just before she walked in I have been told that I had nothing wrong with my foot it was just injured. So it was not broken or fractured. Also their were gona sent the xray to expert and let me know if anything changes. I said no one called me and the nurse replied ohhh because you not have a broken bone😅 but you told me it was broken and after the expert check you should have inform me so I wouldn’t wear these boots and wouldn’t suffer from this pain.
However I am in so much pain as my muscles got weak.
Now I am thinking if my boot never got broken and I wore that boot longer and what would be the consequences.
Just go to A&E and wait to avoid mistakes like this. Terrible experience never going back there.

Amazing!
Attended this Saturday as I had a very painful eye injury and had sat in a&e at PAH for 5 hours and told there were no eye doctors available so they weren’t sure they could do anything for me (turns out they were just being unhelpful as any doctor could have looked in my eye to see the damage). Saw an amazing nurse at Cheshunt MIU who examined my eye and helped me straight away. Couldn’t be more thankful. Brilliant service.
