She's kind, warm and understanding and creates a judgement free safe space to talk. She's taught me so much already about my emotions and how our minds work. I’ve had a lot of therapists over the last couple of years but no one has helped me heal more than Barbara. She is an incredible lady who truly cares and connects with you on a very deep level. I began sessions with Barbara 2 weeks ago. I can honestly say I wish I’d come years ago. Barbara is a very proficient Reiki practitioner who I have known now for many years and I have no hesitation in recommending her.
I originally went to a group session for healing for joint pain (since had my hip replaced) and then for 1 to 1 sessions.
Barbara soon puts you at ease and can determine any problems you may have. Barbara also has an awareness for working with energy, which I find very interesting.
