My daughter bought me a voucher for my birthday as it’s something I've always wanted to try. Karen was really friendly and made me feel very comfortable, she went through my medical history and my general welfare. The treatment was very relaxing and Karen answered any questions that I asked throughout the treatment . To be honest I really didn’t expect too much from my first treatment but I was pleasantly surprised!! For the following days I felt so much more energised, my head fog had lifted and I found I focused so much better at work I am truely hooked and I will be returning to Karen in the next couple of weeks.

Karen is a exceptional reflexology practitioner. I have experienced various reflexology treatments with Karen. Including lymphatic drainage treatments for my chronic fatigue, which helped my symptoms immensely. Karen’s reflexology treatments have also helped relieve my back pain, by performing reflexology on the feet & also the ears. The relief is pretty much instant. I am honestly wondering how I managed without Karen. Her expertise & professionalism is second to none. I would highly recommend Karen for all of your health needs.
