I had an aunt who was here a for a year and some months, I loved the way she was taken care of. The staff are very warm and welcoming and took very good care of my aunt. I am glad she was in the safe hands of the staff of cherry Orchard. A spotless/clean facility, very short wait time to visit with loved ones. staff friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend.

Not the nicest of places , residents just left to their own devices, or left in bed with no motivation to get up , whilst visiting my grandmother another resident walked in partly dressed , on trying to summon staff they were just sitting down chatting amongst their selves , before my grandmother was transferred here she was fairly mobile but was a 2 person job, I asked staff why she was still in bed, to be told...she doesn't want to get up !!! She hadn't been washed or changed and this was at 3pm!!!! I asked them to get her in to her chair to be told , their busy at the moment an hour later she was still in bed. The place smells strongly of urine , some of the staff are just absolutely lazy, my grandmother was as miserable as sin in this place , hardly any entertainment for them , no motivation , no dignity, respect nothing really, this is a very very sad, miserable place, when you raise concerns they are ignored,

Absolutely shocking the place smells of urine. I cannot believe that people are paying for a place that smells so vile. The elderly are not treated well. Their personal hygiene is neglected. I am very disappointed how they put my Aunt in such appalling conditions. Her hair was matted, and her clothes looked tatty, she wasn't wearing underwear beneath her clothes. What kind of care workers are these that cannot even upkeep the dignity of the elderly.
