This GP surgery is EXCELLENT. The receptionist I spoke to today was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to sort my problem. I have always had a good experience when getting appointments for myself and my children. I think they do a fantastic job in difficult circumstances.

They removed by partner from the system without any warning. Saying she never was registered with them and to call 111. What a complete failure in time of need.

More of an admin failure as the doctor are all good and kind from my experience.

I have amended my review because the standard of my care has increased quite a bit. The NHS app works well with this practise and I do think some of my earlier complaints have been addressed. The only issue these days is wait times, nearly all appointments are at least 3 weeks away now. Sometimes they’ll try to phone on you the same day you make the request, but I occasionally miss these as I never expect it to be so fast and there’s never any warning so I can’t make myself free from work for example. I am also happy that the practise proactively did some things for me recently that I really appreciated and needed, so that’s a plus.

I would like to know how you get an appointment without calling 111. What has happened is crazy i used to call at 8 to get an appointment, now the only way is to get in the queue outside.
My 6 year old for a month before i could get an appointment.

This is crazy and I feel sorry for the receptions.

Rang at 8. Reception said Dr will ring. Been literally married to my phone the whole day as the issue was really bad .at 6 pm they ring my work phone(only my secondary contact number) saying they had sent text message for appointment eveng appointment and I have missed it and need to ring next week. This has happened before.they moved appointment time and said has send text.my phone doesn't give text notifications. This is one of several bad experiences over past 8 years.Staff are irresponsible and don't care much. It is impossible to tolerate such care anymore.

If i can give zero star i will. The receptionist very RUDE, unprofessional,unhelpful. Never ever they has space to see any of the doctor. I rang them in the morning wait on the queue 1.5h no answer i went there she told me they are fully booked until 26.07.2024. Always asking you go A&E, ring 111, or go pharmacy. There is no option to see doctor or nurse.

Absolutely horrendous receptionists.
After 40 minutes on the phone, they cannot book vaccination appointments AT ALL because "they are changing their systems" and when told this is not acceptable and baby vaccinations cannot be late because they are changing systems, they call this abuse. These people would not have jobs at all under normal circumnstances.
