I got paralyzed in 2017 and was struggling with my recovery until I had a thought to go do jujitsu to help with mobility and Coach Ben and his team have included me and helped me achieve things I could only dream of a few years ago.
Anyone wanting a small family run type marital arts gym with some of the best coaches in the country and the chance to train with some really talented up and coming fighters or just to train for leisure then Cheltenham jujitsu is the place to come.

Really friendly place to train BJJ, MMA and Boxing. Lots of classes, morning and evening, for different levels from beginners to experienced fighters.

I would definitely recommend Cheltenham Jiu-jitsu! If you want to start Boxing, MMA, Jiu-jitsu, Thai Boxing or even just get fit and healthy, Cheltenham Jiu-jitsu can definitely help with all of the above!.
They have classes running all week that are taught by experienced coaches that have been in the industry for many years & are passionate about helping anyone that walks into the gym!.
Starting a new gym can sometimes feel intimidating, but I was made to feel very welcome to all the sessions & all the members chip In to give advice & help if you're starting something new!.

I have had the pleasure of training in many gyms in my life. And I have also gained different experiences from them. I am happy to be a part of Cheltenham Jiu-Jitsu. From children to adults, experienced and those who are just starting out, this is a gym for everyone. Everyone wants to help, if you come for the first time and show respect for the people and the place, you will receive that respect. Turned up to a random class 3 years ago and haven't looked back since. Ben and the other coaches are really welcoming and very knowledgeable. It's a great community and I've made friends for life.
